SZEGameFest

The aim of the SZE GAME FEST small project was to introduce visitors and partners to e-sports and related technological and cultural elements, combining practical experience with theoretical knowledge. The two-day event took place in November 2025 at the HUNGEXPO venue in Budapest, alongside the partner event PlayIT. Three partners participated in the project: Széchenyi István University in Győr, J. Selye University in Komárno, and the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, contributing to the programme’s success through lectures, round-table discussions, and demonstrations. The programme allowed participants to learn about the partners’ achievements, the latest e-sports technologies, and the cultural and international connecting role of e-sports. The target audience consisted of students from the partner institutions and visitors of PlayIT (over 12,000 people), allowing the project to reach a very wide audience.
