SynerGO

The two-day event of the small project “SynerGo” consisted of professional and community
activities in cooperation between the municipalities of Kesztölc (Hungary) and Močenok
(Slovakia). On the first day, professional workshops, round-table discussions, and municipal
meetings took place, while cultural programmes – folk dance performances, choir
performances, handicraft and gastronomy demonstrations, as well as community sports and
dance activities – served to strengthen personal relationships. The second day focused on
European civic cooperation and cross-border opportunities for youth through lectures and
workshops. The project concluded with a public community event, the Harvest Days and Mini
Expo, involving local and Slovak performers, producers, and civil organizations. A total of 52
participants actively took part from both Hungary and Slovakia, resulting in strengthened
institutional and personal relationships.
