Pri brehu Dunaja (By the bank of the Danube)
Within the small project, a two-day cultural and gastronomic event entitled “Life on the Banks of the Danube” was implemented in cooperation between the municipalities of Baloň and Vének, together with their partner organisations. The aim of the project was to strengthen cross-border relations and promote the exchange of experience, with particular emphasis on flood protection and environmental protection.
The programme included a professional conference, workshops, a study visit, a photo exhibition, as well as cultural and gastronomic events. Participants also had the opportunity to learn about each other’s experiences and traditions. The event was attended by approximately 600 visitors.
