Within the framework of the two-day event „Nesvady Days“, the municipalities of Nesvady and Kiskőrös mutually presented their traditions and culture, while also creating opportunities for establishing personal contacts between the inhabitants of the two settlements. The programme included a meeting of civil organisations, a photo exhibition, a cooking competition, and concerts; in addition, the Nesvady Fair and feast provided an opportunity to present traditional handicraft products and food. The programme paid particular attention to European values, raising awareness of the functioning of the European Union, as well as strengthening intercultural dialogue. A total of approximately 1,000 participants attended the event, thus significantly contributing to the strengthening of cross-border relations and the promotion of shared European values.
