Heritage-inclusion-collab

The small project “Heritage-Inclusion-Collab” was a two-day cross-border community
programme aimed at fostering cooperation between Slovak and Hungarian municipalities,
showcasing cultural heritage, and promoting social inclusion. The project implemented
cultural events, joint sports activities, professional and EU-related dialogues, as well as
inclusion programmes, with particular attention to seniors and people with disabilities, while
also presenting the traditions, music, dance, and gastronomy of the participating communities.
A total of 370 participants from Slovakia and Hungary took part in the event. The small
project contributed to strengthening community relations, mutual understanding, and laying
the foundations for long-term cross-border partnerships.
