Dni Otvorených Pivníc (Open Wine Cellars Day)
The small project „Dni otvorených pivníc“ (Open Wine Cellars Day) was a one-day, cross-border
community and professional event held in the municipality of Farná (SK). The programme
included professional meetings, a workshop, and a conference with the participation of
municipalities, micro-regional organisations, and local producers, as well as a rich cultural
and folklore programme, and wine and gastronomic presentations at the local wine cellars. Six
partner organisations collaborated in the implementation of the project. More than 140
participants attended the professional programme, while the total event attracted
approximately 1,500 visitors.
