A hivatás összeköt

The small project „A hivatás összeköt” (The Profession Connects) – implemented in
cooperation between the Nyergesújfalu Volunteer Fire Department (HU) and the Kamenný
Most Volunteer Fire Department (SK) – was a cross-border professional and family fire-
fighting day held in Nyergesújfalu (HU). The event included professional lectures, joint fire-
fighting demonstrations and exercises, as well as family and community programmes,
contributing to the deepening of cross-border professional relationships, strengthening mutual
trust, and laying the foundations for long-term cooperation. A total of 145 participants from
Hungary and Slovakia took part in the event.
