Természet-Ember (Nature – Human)

At the end of August 2025, the „Nature–Human Forest Youth Festival” was held in the near-natural locations of the Sopron Hills, within the framework of a Hungarian–Slovak cross-border partnership. The aim of the small project was to showcase the relationship between humans and nature, raise awareness of cultural values, and strengthen personal and professional contacts in the border region.

The event programme included a forest hike, MTB tour, orienteering, forest music, musical forest journey, nature-spa walk, movement and melodies inspired by nature, presentations of the partner organisations, craft workshops, and interactive stands. Moderated discussions and debate forums provided participants with opportunities to exchange ideas on nature conservation, forest tourism, and shared EU values.

Approximately 150–200 participants attended the festival, including young people, representatives of civil organisations, and professional partners.
